User Responsibilities

4. Payment Information, Deposits and Transactions in MYR

All financial transactions on the 4g63 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Available deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX, and local bank transfer. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and that the registered bank account is held in the same user's name.

4g63 reserves the right to:

Request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits;
Freeze suspected fraudulent transactions pending the outcome of an investigation;
Void any bonuses or credits obtained through means that violate the promotional terms;
Decline withdrawal requests that do not meet the specified wagering requirements.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account used for the last deposit, except in specifically exempted cases. Processing times depend on the chosen payment method and the time the request is submitted. 4g63 is not liable for delays caused by third-party banking institutions.

All winnings are subject to security checks and identity verification before withdrawals are approved. This is a standard protective measure to ensure the safety of all users.

5. Account Policy, Suspension and Closure

During the suspension period, access to the account balance may be restricted until the investigation is concluded.

Account Closure

4g63 reserves the right to permanently terminate a user's account without prior notice if the user is found to have seriously or repeatedly violated any terms in this document. In such cases, the account balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. 6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

4g63 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this platform.
